Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using Tube Radar and the website bizable.net, both operated by BizAble ("we").

2. The service and its users

• Tube Radar is an internal analytics tool that looks at how videos and channels perform using public YouTube data.
• Its only users are BizAble staff we authorize. We do not offer or sell Tube Radar to anyone outside the company.
• bizable.net introduces Tube Radar and publishes these terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Rules of use

• Users must follow the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Developer Policies.
• Data received through Tube Radar is not published, sold or redistributed outside the company, or moved to other services.
• YouTube content such as thumbnails and titles is not altered or overlaid with other images.
• Data past the retention periods in the Privacy Policy is deleted or requested again.

4. About the metrics

Reference metrics calculated by Tube Radar (such as views per subscriber) are our own values derived from public statistics. They are not published or approved by YouTube, and the screen shows them separately from YouTube-provided numbers.

5. Rights

Rights in the videos, thumbnails and channel information shown in Tube Radar belong to YouTube and the respective rights holders. The YouTube name and logo are trademarks of YouTube; we are not affiliated with or sponsored by YouTube.

6. Limits of responsibility

Tube Radar shows data provided by YouTube as is and does not guarantee its accuracy or continued availability. Features may change or stop if YouTube API Services change or are discontinued.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may change these terms and will post the new version on this page with its effective date. We may stop operating Tube Radar at any time.
