Privacy Policy
Tube Radar uses YouTube API Services. By using Tube Radar, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Information processed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
1. Scope
This policy applies to Tube Radar, an internal analytics tool operated by BizAble ("we"), and to the website bizable.net. Tube Radar is run only by BizAble staff on a company computer. It is not offered or sold to anyone outside the company.
2. Information we process
- Public YouTube data. Video ID, title, description, tags, thumbnail URL, publish date, duration, category, view count, like count and comment count; channel ID, name, handle, thumbnail URL, subscriber count, total views and video count. Only data that anyone can see publicly is requested, using an API key.
- Information we enter ourselves. Search keywords, a list of reference channels, saved videos and notes.
- Information we do not process. Tube Radar has no sign-up and no Google account sign-in (OAuth). It does not access the Google account, private videos, watch history or YouTube Studio analytics (impressions, watch time, etc.) of any user or creator.
- Website access logs. bizable.net does not use cookies or visitor analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may process access logs such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
3. How we use it
Only to learn which topics and formats get a response when we plan our own video and social media content. We may calculate reference metrics from public statistics, such as views per subscriber or views compared with a channel's average. These are shown separately from YouTube-provided values.
4. Where it is stored and what stays on your device
- Data is stored only in a local database on a company computer. The Tube Radar server can be reached only from inside that computer.
- The Tube Radar screen keeps only the last selected profile and list view in browser storage (localStorage). It sets no cookies.
- When a video is played, the embedded YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) opens, and YouTube (Google) may process information under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or provide data received through Tube Radar to other companies or individuals, and we do not send it to other services, including external AI services. Only BizAble staff see it, except where the law requires disclosure.
6. Retention and deletion
- Video and channel information and search results: deleted automatically 30 days after they are received, and requested again from YouTube if still needed.
- Statistics such as views, likes, comments and subscribers: kept for 30 days, or up to 36 months after we accept the derived metrics amendment to the YouTube API Developer Policies.
- Keywords, channel lists and notes we enter ourselves: kept until we delete them.
- If you ask us to delete data about your channel or videos, we will delete it from Tube Radar within 7 days of your request and exclude the channel from our reference and candidate lists. Send the request with your channel URL to the contact below.
7. Revoking access
Tube Radar does not ask to connect a Google account (OAuth), so there is no access to revoke. You can revoke access you have given to other apps at any time on the Google security settings page.
8. Security
The YouTube API key is kept only on the Tube Radar server and is never shown on screen or written to logs. The server cannot be reached from outside the company computer and accepts requests only from the Tube Radar screen.
